Hello I am Jennifer. I and Jessica are friends from 3rd class. She is smart and tall girl. We have just given our 12th class exams. While studying she was eating. In exams she has gained a lot of weight and became lazy. Even she does not go for shopping. She is not interested to go for a walk. If it will going on, she will become too fatty. How can I help her?

Jennifer as you said that you and Jessica are friends from 3rd standard but suddenly she started eating more and more. This might be a big problem, so suggest her to do some sort of workout and advice her to eat less, drink lots of water and avoid oily and junk food.

In my point of view Jennifer, you need to consult with some professional counselors for your friend. As you told your friend has gained lots of weight so these counselors will help him a lot in reducing extra weight. You can also make her understand and tell her the side effects of overeating and fatness.

If the situation is that much bad then you need the help of good dieticians and physicians. If she is too much obese then try to convince her for weight loss surgery. There are various non-invasive laser surgeries methods available in various reputed clinical centers.

This is really bad for you friend to not go any where, this will increase the problem of obesity rather to decrease it. You can convince her to go outside with you if she refuses then tell her I will not go too. Forcibly her with you in all outdoor activities and also inform her situation to their parents and teachers. Try to control her diet and give her some non-oily ingredients in food.

Your friend Jessica really needs help. You are right that if her wrong eating habits persists this will make her too fatty. I think you should consult a doctor for your friend and check that if she is experiencing any kind of eating disorder. Tell her that walking and exercising are good for her.

If you really want to help your friend, talk to her freely about her eating habits and how it will affect her. Tell her about the problems she’ll going to face, once she’ll get obese. Tell her to work out in gym or join aerobic classes and you too join with her so that she can go there along with you. Also, consult a doctor in case none of these tips work.
