My daughter is 16 years old and is three months pregnant. This came into my notice last month only and I was shocked after knowing this and since then my family is disturbed. I told her to abort the baby. But, she plainly refused and is planning to keep the baby. I feel very embarrassed when people talk to me about her. Please help me in this situation.

I can understand the traumatic situation you are going through. But now, if your daughter is pregnant, ask her about the name of the baby’s father. Talk to her boyfriend, if he is fine with keeping the baby, them get your daughter married to him.

Your daughter has stuck herself and your family in problem. I know this is a very embarrassing situation. Talk to her freely about the problems that she’ll face in keeping and delivering the baby in this age. Also tell her that it is safe to abort the baby these days. If she still doesn’t agree to you, take her to a medical expert.

I can understand your problem and it is true that it is very difficult for a teenage mother to raise her child. As she is three month pregnant I think it is not safe to abort the child. You should talk to the doctors and if they say that child can be aborted safely then talk with your daughter and make her understand the negative consequences of teenage pregnancy. You can also take help of a good counselor.

Giving birth to a child at such small age can be harmful for mother and baby as well. You should immediately take help and advice of a good doctor and counselor and ask for the possibility of abortion. Then try to convince your daughter about the abortion by telling her the bad consequences of the teenage pregnancy. All decision has to be taken very fast and you have to control your mental balance as well in this situation.

Your daughter’s age is not able to give a birth to baby. It would be dangerous for her or it can cause her death. You have to make her understand that her age is not suitable and she has to abort it. Otherwise it will raise some health problem.
