I am a 17 years old student. From last some months I am unable to concentrate on my studies. Whenever I try to study, my concentration deviates to other things. I fear that I could not clear my exams. I couldn’t even concentrate on other activities like sports and my hobbies etc. I usually fed up soon when I try to engage myself in some activities. Am I a trouble teen? What can I do to regain my concentration?

I would like to say one thing from my side that you have already paid a lot, being not concentrated on studies. I think you are brilliant to find that you are the cause of the problem. So why don’t you change your mode of thinking and get 100% concentrate on what you are doing. Ultimately you will be the winner.

I would suggest you to go for Yoga classes and join in any sports class to improve your concentration first. Not only participating in these classes take all the steps to improve your concentration. I don’t think you need a special treatment rather you need a procedure to come out of the problem.
