Hi, my friend jack is over weight and because of his over weight he is very lazy. I ask him to leave fast food, he also tried many times but there was no result. Because of his over weight he is facing many heart problems. Please tell me how should I help him to loss his weight and make him fit.


He has to understand that obesity can cause several diseases. It can affect his health. He has to control on his diet. He has to make a routine and follow that strictly. He have to do exercise and yoga. If your friend can’t control on diet then he should go to therapist and take his advice.

Now a day several teen are facing obesity problem. If they can’t control on diet then no body can help them. Dieting is the only solution of dieting. Your friend should always go to gym and do hard exercise. He has to work hard and try his best to reduce his weight.

These days, it is hard to find friend’s like you. If you really wanna help your friend, then talk to him regarding the harmful effects of getting over weight or obese. Tell him that if he’ll not lose weight, his friends and other people will make fun of him. Look out for a gym for him and enroll him to different activities like swimming, tennis etc.

Please take your friend Jack to a doctor. The doctor will check his weight and will give him healthy eating diet pattern. Do let your friend know about advantages of healthy eating. Tell him to do running or exercise so that he can lose weight or if he doesn’t agrees to this, then make him join the activities of his interest such as basket ball, volley ball, skating etc.

He has to leave fast food completely and take only nutritious food. You can also take help of a good doctor and dietician. They can guide you better by examining the problem of your friend.

If he doesn’t want to go there, then you must encourage him to take part in sports and other such outdoor activities. This will also help him in reducing weight.
