Hi, I am father of 15years old boy. My son is in 5th standard. His teachers told me that his handwriting is very poor and because of his bad handwriting he is not getting passing numbers in examination. When I consulted with a specialist, he told me that my son is suffering from Dyslexia and learning disorders. Please tell how I can help my son.

Dyslexia is a curable problem. All your son needs is your love, care and proper training from a professional. There are many specialists that are expert in treating such children. Don’t scold him too much if he makes mistakes; try to teach him everything calmly. Encourage him to take part in other creative activities.

There are many boarding schools that specialize in providing education to teens suffering from learning disability. Dyslexia is a type of learning disability. You can send your teen to a good boarding school and he will certainly improve. Don’t force him to make good handwriting as he is not doing this willingly. He will improve slowly.
