Hi, my name is Laura. I have been eating a lot during exams. I think I have developed an eating disorder. I am getting obese like troubled teens do. Can u please help me to solve this problem?

Dear Laura, don’t loss patience as there is solution to your problem. I think you tried to channelize your exam stress by the way of eating too much. Now those eatables are just increasing your obesity. After some days you will find your original shape. Always during exam days we get habituated with many unusual things. So have confidence in you and try to maintain yourself with proper mindset. Keep your mid cool and tension free. After some days you will find yourself totally fit and fine.

Being a girl you should contact a lady doctor as you can feel comfortable with her. Follow the instructions given by her. You will get rid of your problem as soon as possible.

We all love to eat good and tasty things. And if you are really noticing the habit of eating a lot in you, then have a control on it. Nothing is impossible, if you try for that with much effort and patience. When you are feeling hungry, take some light foods but not junk foods. Make yourself calorie conscious. Don’t take any food due to its good smell. When you feel really hungry then eat something. And drink a lot of water

I think Laura; you developed the eating habit during the exam stress only. Now you will see that you are not taking a lot of food. Take a time of one month carefully. If since you are not leaving your eating habit then take the self prepared diet plan. Still you are facing the problem of obesity means you must have to go for a physician or dietician. They can guide you well regarding your obesity. But in anyway, self awareness is a good treatment. Look after your self and care for yourself. I think when you feel out of stress then you can solve this problem easily
