Dear Laura, don’t loss patience as there is solution to your problem. I think you tried to channelize your exam stress by the way of eating too much. Now those eatables are just increasing your obesity. After some days you will find your original shape. Always during exam days we get habituated with many unusual things. So have confidence in you and try to maintain yourself with proper mindset. Keep your mid cool and tension free. After some days you will find yourself totally fit and fine.

If you are thinking that you got this problem due to over eating then just prepare a diet chart for one month. Try to take a balanced diet.
