Camptown is a nonprofit organization which works for the welfare of the trouble teens. The camp has various outdoor adventures programs for the youth. The owner of the organization has left the business world after some time and dedicated his life to the Camptown. He wanted to develop the views of the students towards the current environment. The organization is truly dedicated to helping youth in Central Indiana through wilderness adventure.
In wilderness programs the youth can learn the skills like leadership skills, teamwork, and conflict resolution. The aim of Tom Lehman was that the experience of the camptown helps to enrich the lives of the students, and they provide them positive life changing experience. The purpose of this organization is to guide a right path for the teens by offering physically, mentally and spiritually growth in community. They promote the values such as sharing, caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
They also provide the spiritual enrichment programs for the trouble teens such as they have religious class, bibles reading class etc. They believe that the experience of God love can change the life of the teens. Other than this they considered various programs such as adult and family programs, youth and disability programs, students safety programs, team building for professional. The mission of the organization is that all the trouble teens feel secure and independent in the life.
